Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Vantage ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Beta access

Vantage is currently in private beta. Access is granted by invitation only via a personal access code. You may not share your access code or distribute the App to others without explicit written permission from the developer.

3. Your data

Vantage runs entirely on your Mac. Your resume, configuration, API keys, and job data are stored locally on your device in ~/Library/Application Support/Vantage/. The developer does not collect, access, or transmit your personal data.

The only data that leaves your device is:

  • Requests to third-party APIs you configure (Anthropic, SerpApi, Resend, Hunter.io, Buffer) — governed by their respective privacy policies
  • Feedback you voluntarily submit via the in-app feedback form

4. API keys and third-party services

Vantage requires API keys from third-party services to function. You are responsible for obtaining and securing your own API keys, and for any costs or usage incurred with those services. The developer is not affiliated with and takes no responsibility for Anthropic, SerpApi, Resend, Hunter.io, Buffer, or any other third-party service.

5. No warranty

Vantage is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce any particular job search outcome. Use it at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, API costs, or data loss.

7. Intellectual property

Vantage and all its source code, design, and content are © 2026 Albert Munté. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App without explicit written permission.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
